Maxime Cressy v Dusan Lajovic Head to Head
There has been one previous meeting between these two players and Cressy had won that in straight sets in Sydney last year.

After a slow start to the season, Cressy looked to have covered up well when he defeated Emil Ruusuvuori, Borna Coric and Holger Rune on his way to the final of the Montpellier Open.
However, that has been the peak showing for Cressy for this year so far as he has followed that up with two wins and four defeats. Three of those losses have come in the last three matches he’s played.
This includes a second round defeat at the hands of Alejandro Tabilo, who had gone into that match as a 8/5 underdog. Cressy had lost in two tie-breakers to crash out of the tournament despite starting out as a seeded player.

Lajovic Stuns Murray
Andy Murray has had a decent season so far with his fighting spirit sparkling away throughout the year. He was a 1/4 favourite coming up against Lajovic but the Serb had other ideas and completed a straight-set victory over Murray.
Lajovic was on court for an hour and 38 minutes and won 6-4, 7-5 to carve out a place in the second round of the Miami Masters where he had crashed out in the first round last season.
Things went to serve till 3-3 in the first set before Lajovic went ahead with a break of serve, off what turned out to be the only break of the set. In the second, Lajovic had a chance to serve it out at 5-4 and while he missed that opportunity, he cam back to break Murray again in the 11th game.
This time around, the clay-court specialist needed three match-points but he came through move forward.

Cressy should not have a lot of problems against a player who typically has done well on clay. Expecting him to face a challenge but to find a way to come through.
