Cycas Hospitality expands its UK portfolio by managing YOTEL London Shoreditch, enhancing its presence with over 55 properties across Europe, focusing on innovative, technology-driven guest services.

Leading European hotel management company Cycas Hospitality announced its appointment to manage YOTEL London Shoreditch. The vibrant and contemporary hotel, located in the heart of East London, brings the organisation’s portfolio to nine hotels and over 1,000 rooms within the UK capital, and over 55 properties under management across Europe.

The BREEAM Excellent design hotel was built in 2018 and acquired in a JV with Tite Street Capital and Crestline Investors in 2021. The 161-room hotel enjoys an enviable central location, with transport links and easy walking distance to the popular cultural, dining, and nightlife destinations of London’s trendiest neighbourhoods. Guests benefit from excellent transport links thanks to nearby Old Street and Liverpool Street train stations, whilst the hotel’s location on Cambridge Heath Road affords easy walkable routes to both the City and London’s green spaces, including Victoria Park.

Designed to appeal to modern travellers, the hotel’s services are firmly technology-driven with self-check-in kiosks, smart rooms offering adaptable layouts, expresso coffee machines, and Lumie body clocks.

Craig Patterson, Chief Development Officer at Cycas Hospitality, commented: “We are thrilled to add another addition to our growing portfolio of managed hotels across Europe and expand our London footprint. Shoreditch is a dynamic and thriving area, and we look forward to enhancing the guest experience while maintaining the hotel’s distinctive offering.”

Guido Lang at Tite Street Capital said: “We are excited to partner with Cycas Hospitality, a company that shares our vision for innovative and forward-thinking hospitality. This hotel is uniquely positioned in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, and we’re confident that Cycas’s expertise will help elevate the guest experience and ensure the hotel remains a standout destination in the area.”

This strategic partnership marks another exciting milestone in Cycas Hospitality’s ongoing expansion across Europe, following recent hotel openings in France – the Hyatt Place Rouen and Moxy Paris Clamart hotels.
