Ricky Gervais has announced he will be adding more arena dates to his Armageddon World Tour.
The comedian has already stopped off at some huge venues in the UK and has today (27th March) announced he will be adding more shows in Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bristol. In the Autumn he will be returning to London for four dates at the London Palladium from 13th to 16th September before headline a huge show at the OVO Wembley Arena on 6th October.
Gervais has also announced more shows across the European leg of his tour in Vienna, Dublin, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Oslo, Lisbon, Stockholm, Berlin and Munich.
On top of that, the comedian is already lined up to play two sell-out shows at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on 30th June and 1st July and another show at LA’s Hollywood Bowl on 6th May, which is set to be the biggest stand-up gig of his career. Further dates in the US and Canada have been announced in New York, Toronto and Montreal.
Tickets for all new dates will go on general sale on Friday 31st March at 10am local time and can be purchased via Live Nation. Presale tickets will also be available from 29th March at 10am local time and tickets for previously announced dates are currently available on livenation.com.
A portion of proceeds from ticket sales for the Armageddon tour will be donated to charity and Netflix have already bought to rights to the tour and will stream it as Ricky’s next special on the platform in 2024.

This follows on from Gervais’ 2022 tour, SuperNature which was also turned into a special for Netflix alongside his hugely popular series After Life.
